We ship out orders Monday-Saturday

We do not ship on Sunday-Monday or holidays. 

Please allow 24-72 hours to process your orders M-F and a minimum or 1-5 business days on a Sale week to process orders and receive tracking number.  

U.S. orders arrive to their destinations within 2-7 business days with standard shipping. 

We are not responsible for any trays cracked in the shipping processes. Lashes are not typically affected by a cracked casing.

Please Note: Packages that show up as "Delivered" according to USPS , UPS or DHL tracking will not be re-shipped.
